Quinta ecológica

Depois de ter vivido alguns anos no estrangeiro, decidi voltar a Portugal onde estou a viver neste momento.
Tenho uma quinta com 5000 m2 na Beira Alta, perto da Guarda e ando à procura de aluguém com quem construir projectos ligados à permacultura, ecoturismo, entre outros.
O terreno está localizado numa zona muito bonita, perto do Parque Natural do Douro Internacional e também do Parque Arqueológico do Côa, no campo numa zona onde a Natureza é abundante. Tem um poço, o que permite a rega para a agricultura.
Eu gostava de encontrar gente interessada em construir modos de vida alternativos e dar início a projectos ecológicos neste terreno comigo.
É uma oportunidade perfeita para amantes da Natureza e pessoas que estão dispostas a enveredar e a trilhar caminhos alternativos, o que nem sempre é fácil, mas acredito que será muito recompensador!
