But big chemical companies like Monsanto, who are terrified labeling would jeopardize their huge corporate profits, are ready to do whatever it takes to make sure GMO labeling never becomes law.
Labeling genetically engineered foods should be common sense. We have a right to know what we are eating -- and what we are feeding our families. Sixty-four countries already require labeling for genetically engineered foods, and Measure 92 could be a huge first step for labeling nationwide.
